Guest Information

The Guest Quarters have been  created in what was once the wagon shop and warehouse at the rear of the 19th century Sarrazin dry goods store on Fayetteville's town square. Artists and artisans live and work in other parts of the building and retail shops open onto the square.
The accommodations are very private and spacious, about 1,200 square feet, and arranged like a loft-- open and informal, but comfortable and well-appointed.  Click on "Pictures" below to see how we have decorated and furnished to make your stay memorable.

Sleeping accommodations
One queen size bed, two twin beds, one queen-size sleeper sofa and one double-size sleeper sofa. If you need one or both of the sleeper sofas, they will be made up prior to your arrival.   Also, a folding rollaway bed can be brought in if requested in advance.

Full kitchen
Range with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven. Dishes and utensils are provided. Coffee & cold drinks will be provided.  No food provided.

Full Bath

Shower over the clawfoot tub. The Sarrazin Store’s large, walk-in egg cooler has been converted to accommodate a full bathroom within its thick, insulated walls. Tall folks should take note that the ceiling is quite low when standing in the clawfoot tub while showering. Towels, soap, and some toiletries are provided.

Central air conditioning and heat, plus a gas log heater for a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings.

Smoking in the building is not permitted at any time.

No telephone, no video games, no TV/DVD, however, there’s a vintage record player that plays 33 1/3 LP’s and 45’s. You may bring your own collection or play ours.

Our old honky-tonk piano has been tuned for you to play.
